  Staff are extremely helpful went out of their way just to help me find something and came and knocked on our door and told us when they did.
  
  They have recently had a refurbishment and it's lovely, the room we stayed in is spacious with a large flatscreen on the wall and even had our own brand new fan as there is no air con.
  
  The bed is really comfy, and the duvet cover and sheets are so soft I really need to find these for my own bed without resorting to theft by squishing these in to my bag ha ha.
  
  This is the 2nd premier in we have stayed in and each time had a brilliant experience with really friendly staff.
  
  I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if your down this way.
